Terms of Use

These Terms are the agreement between you and CleanerFlow LLC for the CleanerFlow Agenda app. By creating an account and using the app, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. This is a courtesy translation; the English version controls.

1. What this app is — and what it is not

CleanerFlow Agenda is a personal tool for an independent cleaner to organize her own work: schedule cleanings, keep her clients and homes, build quotes, and get reminders.
It is NOT an employer, a staffing agency, a job board, or a client marketplace. It does not find clients for you, does not send work your way, and is not part of any agreement between you and the people who hire you. It is also not an accountant, a lawyer, or an insurer.

2. You are independent

You run your own business. Nothing here creates employment, agency, partnership, or franchise between you and CleanerFlow. Your prices, your schedule, your clients and your methods are yours.
Taxes, licenses, permits, registrations and insurance required where you live and work are your responsibility. The app can help you organize; it cannot make you compliant.

3. The price calculator is a reference, not an appraisal

The calculator suggests a range from the home size, the service type and average rates for your area. It is a starting point for your own judgment — not an appraisal, not a market guarantee, and not a promise that anyone will pay it.
The final price is always yours to set, and the quote you send goes out in your name. You are responsible for what you charge and for honoring what you quoted.

4. Your clients’ data is your responsibility

When you save a client — name, address, phone, notes about the home — you are the one deciding to store that information about another person. You confirm you have the right to do it, and you agree to use it only to serve that client.
Do not store what you do not need: no documents, no social security numbers, no card numbers, no alarm codes or key locations, no photos of people. If a client asks you to delete their data, do it — the app lets you delete a client and everything attached to them.
This information syncs to your account, so CleanerFlow ends up holding it for you — which is what brings it back on a new phone. The decision of what to store, though, and the duty toward that person, stay with you.

5. Your data travels with your account

The app works offline: everything is saved on your own device first, so it keeps working with no signal. It also syncs with your account on its own, in the background — you do not have to turn anything on.
That is why losing or changing your phone does not lose your agenda: sign in on the new phone and your cleanings, clients and quotes come back. The other side of the same coin is that this information is also with us — the Privacy Policy explains what we do with it and how to erase it.

6. Reminders depend on your phone

Reminders and notifications are delivered by your phone’s operating system. Battery saving, focus modes, permissions turned off, a phone that is off, or a system change can delay or block them. Treat reminders as help, never as the only thing standing between you and a missed cleaning.

7. What is free, and what may cost

The app is free to use today. Some advanced features may become paid in the future; if that happens, you will be told before it affects you, and nothing you already have is taken away retroactively. Prices, when they exist, are shown before you pay.

8. No promises about results

We do not promise clients, income, bookings or any outcome. Screens, examples and numbers in the app are illustrative. What you earn depends on your work, your market and your decisions.

9. The service is provided “as is”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanerFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, nor for lost profits, lost clients, lost data, a missed cleaning, or a reminder that did not arrive. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.
Some states do not allow certain limitations; where that is the case, the limitation applies to the extent the law allows.

11. You cover us for what you put in

You agree to hold CleanerFlow harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from the data you enter, the quotes and agreements you send, your dealings with your clients, and any breach of these Terms by you.

12. Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time: Settings → Delete my account. There is a 30-day grace window in which you can change your mind; after it, the deletion is permanent.
We may suspend or end an account that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or when required by law — with notice whenever possible, and immediately in cases of fraud or risk to another person.

13. Who operates this app, and which law applies

The app is operated by CleanerFlow LLC, a California limited liability company based in San Diego, California, United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.
Nothing here takes away a right you have under the consumer-protection law of the state where you live.

14. Changes, and how to reach us

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in the app or by email and require a new acceptance; the date at the top is always updated. Continued use after a minor change means acceptance. If a clause is held invalid, the rest stays in force.
