I changed phones. How do I get my schedule back?
If you added your email, you can recover your account with a code we send by email. Open the app and choose 'Recover my account.'
My reminders are not coming. What do I do?
Check that notifications are turned on for the app in your phone settings. If they still do not come, write to us.
Delete your account & data
- You can ask us to delete your account and all your data at any time. It is your right and it is easy.
- Send an email to support@cleanerflowagenda.com with the subject 'Delete my account.'
- Write from the email address linked to your account, if you added one, so we can confirm it is you.
- We will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
- Note: if you saved an email for account recovery, deleting your account also removes that recovery option.
