CleanerFlow Agenda is a tool that helps solo house cleaners run their own schedule. This page explains, in plain words, what information the app uses, why, and how you stay in control. We share it for transparency, and we may update it. The provider is CleanerFlow Agenda. You can reach us any time at support@cleanerflowagenda.com.
What we collect and why
- Client info (addresses, names, phone numbers): saved so you can run your own schedule and know where to go.
- Location (GPS): used for your day's route and for arrival reminders near a job. Location is optional — you can type addresses by hand instead.
- Email (optional): used only so you can recover your account if you change phones.
- Push token: used to send your cleaning reminders to your phone.
Who helps us store and send
- These trusted companies help run the service. They protect your data the same way we do, and they do not use it for their own marketing:
- Supabase — secure cloud storage and sync, so your schedule is safe if you lose your phone.
- Apple APNs and Google FCM — deliver your reminder notifications.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
- AWS SES — sends the optional account-recovery email.
How long we keep it
- We keep your information only while you use the app.
- When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our systems, except where the law makes us keep a record.
Delete your data or change your mind
- You can turn off location or notifications any time in your phone settings.
- You can ask us to delete your account and data — see the Support page for the steps.
